Do I need any experience or previous training to join?

This course is designed for the slightly more experienced investor - someone who has already purchased property before or who works in the property/construction sector and is looking to leverage that knowledge/those skills into building an investment portfolio.

When does the program begin?

The program is designed to start immediately upon purchase. The enrolment process typically begins with a call from Gavin to clarify your investment goals and select the most suitable membership tier.

You’ll get instant access to the members’ portal, where you’ll find all program materials—modules, lessons, exercises, and livestream coaching. A program calendar will also be provided, outlining key dates and upcoming events.

You’re also invited to join our weekly Mastermind calls, usually held Wednesday evenings. These are a great space to ask questions - whether about the course content or a challenge you’re currently facing.

In addition to the regular sessions, we host pop-up livestreams and topical workshops to address emerging issues and opportunities. All sessions are recorded, so you can always catch up on replays if you miss anything.

Do I need to own property any before I join?

Not necessarily, some of our past members used the skills they picked up in the program to identify smarter deals than they might have otherwise found.

Immediately upon joining the program you will be invited to schedule a call with Gavin to conduct a property audit on your existing portfolio assets to assess opportunities to add value, etc. If you do not own property this time could instead be used to review opportunities or discuss strategy.

Is this program remote-only or in-person?

The program offers a blend of remote and in-person elements, depending on the tier you select. For members outside our operating locations, a remote-only option is available. The Property Wealth Engine is a self-paced, on-demand video course, while the Momentum Sprint includes live virtual coaching sessions delivered via Zoom.

Both the Inner Circle and Mastermind Network programs combine virtual coaching with quarterly in-person events. These include the Pitch Fest and Investor Summit, which are held at six-week intervals to maintain momentum and deepen connections.
