MODULE 1 - Roadmap
Choosing the right strategy is absolutely critical to your success, but don't let anyone tell you they have the 'best strategy' - this is all about identifying the best strategy for YOU! Choosing this requires you to carefully examine your strengths, weaknesses and to assess which resources you can access. Module 1 covers the process of evaluating you, your resources and developing the strategy that is going to allow you to leverage your strengths to the max.
MODULE 2 - Financial Analysis
Module 2 covers the many different ways you need to analyse an opportunity - from its Return On Investment (ROI) to its Return On Capital Employed (ROCE) to Risk Analysis and Mitigation. Creating and presenting a financial analysis that will stand up to the robust scrutiny of a professional investor requires a level of knowledge, attention to detail and confidence. You will learn it all in this module.
MODULE 3 - Portfolio Build
Module 3 goes through the 6 steps you will need to master to effectively build your investment portfolio and presents the various obstacles to growth that will present themselves.
Master the 6 steps on how to Identify, Pursuit, Transact, Enhance, Manage and Review.
MODULE 4 - Investor Pitch
Understanding what motivates an investor or lender is key to your success.
Your presentation skills need to be on point to pitch a deal confidently - how can you build this confidence?

FAQ
Do I need any experience or previous training to join?
Yes, this course is designed for the more experienced investor - someone who has purchased property before or who works in the property or construction sector and is looking to leverage their existing skills and resources.
Access to training designed specifically for the novice investor is freely available via this program but can also be purchased separately here - Foundations.
When does the training begin?
The program has been designed to begin immediately upon purchase, so whenever you are ready. Program materials are delivered via the members portal where you can access the modules, lessons, exercises and livestream coaching.
In addition, members are invited to attend our weekly Mastermind calls which usually takes place at 6pm every Wednesday. These sessions are a great opportunity to drop in and ask any questions you have whether on the course material or a specific issue you might be struggling with.
In addition to the scheduled weekly Mastermind there will be unscheduled live streams and workshops to address specific issues and topics as they arise. These are all recorded so if you miss a session you can catch up on the replay.
What should I do if I have questions?
In addition to the members portal you will be invited to join a members WhatsApp group where you can communicate with fellow members and request clarification on any coaching questions you may have.
The program is designed to takes 24-weeks to complete, during which time you will have full access to the members portal, the weekly Mastermind and the WhatsApp group for 12 months from date of purchase.
Each module includes days of online lessons and exercises. Bonus materials will be sent to you as an when they become available.
Does the course include any live or in-person coaching?
Yes, while weekly lessons and exercises are delivered by pre-recorded video, there will be both scheduled and unscheduled coaching and virtual workshops to attend.
There are 3 in-person events taking place in February, June and October.
What happens after I complete the program?
The program is designed to take about 24-weeks to complete (depending on your own progress) you will have full access to the members portal and weekly Mastermind for 12-months from the date of your purchase.
This gives you ample time to put what you have learned into practice and still have access to the weekly Mastermind and the other live workshops to ask questions and seek guidance.
Is there a more advanced program?
Whilst Accelerator is our primary training program designed to provide all the knowledge & skills required to scale your business, there is also private one-2-one coaching available for a very small number of clients looking for a exclusive access to Gavin.
The Elite VIP Package is only suitable for investors/developers who have reached a certain scale in their business where bringing Gavin onboard as a private adviser would make economic sense.
